The conference will take place at the Academy of Diocese Rottenburg-Stuttgart (German: Akademie der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart)

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival beginning with 1PM. Check-out on the day of departure is after breakfast (ca. 10AM). Luggage room is available.
Normal reception opening hours are 7AM-10PM (on weekends 7AM-2PM). If you are planing to arrive before or after these hours please contact us and we can provide you with your individual entry code.
Conference will begin approximately on 19. July 2019 at 5PM and will end on 21. July in the evening hours (ca. 8PM). If you wish to stay the extra night in the venue (for example on 21/22) please write this in the “further information” box during registration. If you already registered contact us and we can change your reservation.
Travel
The Conference Centre is located in close proximity to the Stuttgart airport.
If you wish to use the public transport, you can take subway (S-Bahn) lines S2 or S3 to the station “Vaihingen” and after that tram U3 to the Station “Plieningen”. From this station you have to walk 300 meters to reach the venue.
If you wish to use a cab, you can just give them the address above. Be sure to take the receipt afterwards. This way you will make sure that you were charged the proper amount (although people are rarely scammed by the cab-drivers in Germany).
